CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. Provision of information by the Client:

1.1. When registering on the website www.debora.com.ua (hereinafter – the “Site”), the Client provides the following information: Surname, First Name, mobile phone number, e-mail address.

1.2. By providing his personal data, the Client consents to their processing (until the Client withdraws his consent to the processing of his personal data) by the company LLC “PP DEBORA-ELEKTRO” (hereinafter – the “Seller”), for the purpose of fulfillment by the Seller and/or its partners of their obligations to the Client, the sale of goods and the provision of services, the provision of reference information, as well as for the purposes of promoting goods, works and services, and also agrees to receive messages of an advertising and informational nature and service messages. If the Client does not wish to receive mailings from the Seller, he must refuse them by informing about it through the feedback form on the Site. When processing the Client’s personal data, the Seller is governed by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”, the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” and other regulatory documents.

1.2.1. If the client does not want his personal data to be processed, he must inform about it through the feedback form on the website and/or to his manager. In this case, all information received from the Client (including login and password) will be deleted from the Seller’s client database, and the Client will not be able to place an Order on the Site.

1.3. Use of information provided by the Client and received by the Seller.

1.3.1. The Seller uses the data provided by the Client during the entire period of the Client’s registration on the website for the purposes of:

registration/authorization of the Client on the Site;

processing the Customer’s Orders and to fulfill its obligations to the Customer;

for the promotion of goods and services;

assessment and analysis of the Site;

analysis of the Client’s purchasing characteristics and provision of personal recommendations;

informing the Client about promotions, discounts and special offers using electronic and SMS messages.

1.3.2. By registering on the Seller’s website, the Client, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising”, gives his consent to receive communications of an advertising nature from LLC “PP” DEBORA-Electro” and its partners. If the Client does not wish to receive messages of an advertising nature, he must change the corresponding subscription settings in the corresponding section of his personal account on the website.

1.3.3. The Seller has the right to send advertising and informational messages to the Clients. The Client’s subscription to receive all types of advertising and service messages is considered to be issued by default. The client has the right to refuse to receive such messages by changing the settings in his personal account on the website www.debora.com.ua, or by notifying his intention through the feedback form on the Site and/or to his manager.

2. Provision and transfer of information received by the Seller:

2.1. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Client. It is not considered a violation for the Seller to provide information to agents and third parties acting on the basis of a contract with the Seller to fulfill obligations to the Client.

2.2. It is not considered a violation of obligations to transfer information in accordance with the justified requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

2.3. The seller has the right to use “cookies” technology. “Cookies” do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.

2.4. The seller receives information about the IP address of the visitor to the website www.debora.com.ua. This information is not used to identify the visitor.

2.5. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided by the Client on the website in a publicly available form.

2.6. When processing personal data, the seller takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
